Where Nations Unite Through Sport
A family of players from over 15 nationalities, bound by a shared love of soccer, community, and the belief that physical and mental wellbeing go hand in hand.
Inca's Empire FC was born in 2022 from a simple yet powerful idea: that sport is one of the most universal languages humanity has ever spoken. Founded in the heart of Belmont, Perth, we are a community soccer club built on the principles of inclusivity, respect, and the transformative power of healthy living.
What started as a small gathering of friends on a Saturday morning has grown into a vibrant, multi-cultural family of over 50 active members representing more than 15 nationalities — from South America to Europe and beyond. Different backgrounds, different stories, different creeds — yet every Saturday we line up on the same pitch, playing for the same jersey and the same community.
As a formally incorporated non-profit association under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA), everything we do is driven by our commitment to the community. No profit. No politics. Just soccer, friendship, and the relentless pursuit of balance between family, work, and wellbeing.
To create and sustain a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive soccer community in Belmont, Perth, that promotes the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of every member — regardless of nationality, background, religion, or level of experience.
We exist to give working adults and families a safe, joyful, and meaningful space to stay active, build genuine friendships, and find balance in a demanding world. Through the universal language of soccer, we foster solidarity, respect, and a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the pitch.
As a formally incorporated non-profit, every decision we make is guided by one question: what is best for our community? Our games take place every Saturday morning in Belmont.
To be the most celebrated multicultural community soccer club in Western Australia — a club that serves as a model of what sport can achieve when approached with generosity, humility, and a genuine love for people.
We envision a future where Inca's Empire FC has touched the lives of hundreds of people across Perth: where players have forged lifelong friendships, improved their health, found support during difficult times, and felt the deep pride that comes from being part of something greater than themselves.
We dream of a financially sustainable club, able to provide proper facilities, quality equipment, and events that celebrate the incredible cultural mosaic our 15+ nationalities bring together every Saturday morning.
No discrimination of any kind. We welcome players of every nationality, faith, and ethnicity. The only requirement is a willingness to respect every person on and off the pitch.
We champion complete health — physical fitness, mental resilience, and emotional connection. Soccer is our method; wellbeing is our goal. Every Saturday on the pitch is an investment in yourself.
Our Saturday schedule is designed to complement your family and professional life — so you can play, recover, and still enjoy the rest of the weekend with the people who matter most.
From South America to Europe — 15+ nationalities, 15+ ways of seeing the world. Our diversity is our greatest strength and makes Inca's Empire an extraordinary place to belong.
As a formally incorporated non-profit, every dollar raised goes back into the club. We are governed by the community, for the community — always transparent, always accountable.
On the pitch and beyond, we lead with respect. For teammates, opponents, and the communities that host us every Saturday. We compete with spirit and celebrate with class.
From Saturday morning kickoffs to post-match gatherings — these are the moments that define us.

Inca's Empire FC is a formally incorporated association under Western Australian law. We are committed to full transparency, ethical conduct, and the responsible governance of our community.
Incas Empire Fraternity Incorporated is registered under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 of Western Australia, administered by the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. Our incorporation provides full legal standing as a non-profit community organisation — with elected officers, documented rules, annual reporting obligations, and a constitutional commitment to our members.
Inca's Empire FC is committed to the highest standards of conduct on and off the pitch. The following principles apply to all members, officers, and participants of the club.
All members must treat fellow players, opponents, referees, and spectators with courtesy and respect at all times. Verbal abuse, threatening behaviour, or discrimination of any kind — based on nationality, religion, ethnicity, or any other characteristic — will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension.
Members are expected to compete honestly and in good spirit. Deliberately injuring opponents, arguing aggressively with officials, or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct is a breach of this code. We win with humility and lose with grace.
Inca's Empire is proudly multicultural. No member shall discriminate against, exclude, or disadvantage another person on the basis of race, religion, nationality, language, gender, disability, or socioeconomic background. Our diversity is our strength.
The physical and mental safety of all participants is paramount. Members must not engage in reckless play that endangers others. Any member witnessing unsafe behaviour or a welfare concern is encouraged to report it to club leadership promptly and confidentially.
All club funds are managed transparently and used exclusively for club operations and community benefit, in accordance with our constitution. Officers handling finances are held to the highest standards of accountability. No individual shall profit from the club's resources.
Members represent the club in public spaces. Conduct that brings Inca's Empire into disrepute — whether on the pitch, at social events, or on social media — is a breach of this code. We ask all members to act as ambassadors of our values at all times.
Disputes between members should be resolved through respectful dialogue. If informal resolution is not possible, matters should be escalated to club leadership for mediation. Members agree to follow the club's grievance process before seeking external intervention.
As a club operating in public parks and facilities in Belmont and Perth, we are responsible for leaving grounds in good condition, respecting facility rules, minimising noise impacts on surrounding residents, and behaving as respectful guests of the wider community.
Members' personal information, including contact details and health matters, is handled with care and in accordance with Australian privacy law. Club photos and recordings of members should not be shared publicly without the individual's consent.
This Code of Ethics applies to all members and participants of Incas Empire Fraternity Incorporated. Breaches may be reviewed by the club committee. For queries, contact admin@incasempirefl.com
